“OVERRUN” (April 2022)
Original composition for string orchestra for the animated short film of the same name by directors Jeremie Cottard and Antonin Deroy.
The music is descriptive, it tries to reflect sensorially the diverse vicissitudes of the main character (an ant) and for it we move in diverse environments, according to the situation that the short film presents us, and that go from the intrigue, the fear, the desperation, the pain or the discovery of a new world of sensorial experiences proper of other worlds but that are in this one.
“PABLO” (February 2022)
Composition for solo piano with a clear minimalist and modal influence, it has at the same time an intimate character. It is based on the book of poems “PABLO” by the writer Daniel Arenas Martín.
Daniel is Pablo’s grandfather, who has been diagnosed with a rare disease such as the “autistic spectrum”, from there, the poems show us in an irrefutable way the great love, compassion, incomprehension and optimism of being alive in equal parts. It is an incredible work that makes you move easily in the face of a harsh reality.
One of the aims of the composition is to give the visibility it deserves to a reality that for many people is still hidden.

Second song for Soprano and Piano of the series “Nubes” (Clouds) inspired by the poetic work of the same name by the writer and friend Daniel Arenas. The composition has a neoclassical treatment with slight impressionistic traces.

Planeta, framed in the Marvin Hamlisch International Music Awards in New York and designed for a romantic orchestral group, Mezzosoprano and jazz quintet (Drums, Double Bass, Vibraphone, Clarinet and Soprano Sax).

“A SERIAL SWING” (December 2020)
Musical composition for chamber music ensemble (Jazz Drums, 2 Flutes, Oboe, 2 Clarinets, 2 High Saxophones, 2 Horns, 2 Trumpets, 2 Trombones, 2 Percussionists, Violin, Cello and Double Bass) of serial language and with rhythmic and stylistic characteristics of traditional swing.
The premiere is scheduled for the end of June 2021 in Palma de Mallorca, performed by the Orchestra of the Contemporary Music Hall of the Professional Conservatory of Felanitx (Mallorca), conducted by Josep Prohens.

Original composition for String Orchestra, for the fiction short film of the same name, by the director Alejandro Saevich, produced by “Madrefoca”. With this work we participate in the 2nd edition of the competition “Original SoundTrack Challenge” of the 43rd International Short Film Festival of Clemont-Ferrand (France).

“ACCOMPLICE SMILE” (September 2020)
Composition designed for Symphonic Orchestra, tradicionally called post-romantic, together with some ethnic or popular instruments (Cimbalom, Darbuka, African Xylophone, Kanun, Shenai, Tunisian Tambourine) from other cultures (Eastern Europe, Near East, North Africa, India and Pakistan). We have used a basically romantic and, at times, neoclassical language, but the influences of certain nationalist styles are also very noticeable, especially from Eastern European and Near Eastern countries.

“CONCERTO VITALE” (April-May 2020)
Symphonic composition for string orchestra, timpani and euphonium soloist.With a basically neoclassical language, and using compositional techniques such as “polytonality”, O. Messiaen’s “limited transposition modes” or Ramón Barce’s modal or “Neomodal” language, the work is structured in three movements:
I – Moderato impulsivo – Piu mosso
II – Adagio con duolo
III – Allegro ritmico
It is dedicated to Josep Burguera Riera, concert performer and soloist bombardino of the Palma de Mallorca Municipal Band.
“DE LA MUSETTE” (March 2020)
Piece for piano solo, based on the “Musette” in D Major (BWV Anh. 126) from the book by Ana Magdalena Bach (J. S. Bach). This term, referring to a musical genre, traditionally refers to a dance of French origin with a pastoral character.
The composition aims to be a vision or “concrete thought” of Bach’s original piece, with a free modal language in a neo-baroque style, while maintaining the original basic structure of the composition and respecting the main motifs and character of this dance.

Musical composition for Symphonic Orchestra and Choirs together with electronic components. Composed for the short film of the same name and made for the “Miami International Science Fiction Film Festival (MiSciFi)”.
“DIVERTIMENTOS ANTE UN ESPEJO” (November 2019)
Musical composition for chamber music training (2 Flutes, Oboe, 2 Clarinets, Alto Saxophone, 2 Trumpets, 2 Trumpets, 2 Trombones, 3 Percussionists, Violin and Violoncello) in the form of “mirror” variations, modal language (Limited Transposition Modes by Oliver Messiaen) and with a rhythmic, playful and burlesque character.

“AGATHA CHRISTIE ON STAGE” (March-April 2019)
Original composition for symphonic orchestra and rock band with electronics, inspired by the detective novels of Agatha Christie. The work aims to pay a humble tribute to the most important British writer and playwright of the so-called detective and crime novel genre.

Original work for symphonic orchestra and electronic musical media (synthesizer, sampler and sound processing effects), conceived, composed, produced and recorded for the image.
The composition is inspired by the novel “Luna de octubre, el naufragio de la herradura” (2012) by the writer and journalist Andrés Cárdenas (Bailén, 1954).
“EL RETAULE DEL FLAUTISTA” (November-December 2019)
Five musical composition pieces for white voices and piano, integrated into the scenic play “El retaule del flautista” by Jordi Teixidor, premiered on July 6, 2019 at the Main Theater of Palma de Mallorca by the Children’s Choir of the theater itself under the stage direction of Carles Pujols and the musical direction of Pere Víctor Radó.

“EL GEGANT EGOISTA” (2016)
Original composition for white voices and piano, based on the play of the same name by the Irish-born writer, poet and playwright Oscar Wilde (Dublin 1854 – Paris 1900).
Written and conceived for the stage, it is a musical theatre piece, premiered at the Teatro Principal in Palma de Mallorca on 28 May 2016 by the theatre’s own choir of white voices, with stage direction by Carles Puyols and musical direction by Xisca Mir.
The work consists of 9 musical pieces, three of them for solo piano, which, as a soundtrack, help to describe the scene.
